OC&C Strategy Consultants is a global strategy consulting firm, founded in 1987, that helps leading companies solve complex strategic challenges. From our Rotterdam office, established in 1992, we collaborate with colleagues worldwide on exciting projects across industries such as Retail, Consumer Goods, Technology, Media, Leisure & Hospitality and Private Equity.
What makes OC&C unique?
At OC&C, we focus on pure strategy: high-level business challenges that matter directly to senior executives and decision-makers. These include market entry, growth strategies, pricing strategies, and mergers and acquisitions. Our projects typically last 4 to 8 weeks and are carried out in small teams of around 4 to 6 consultants. This means you'll take on responsibility early, work closely with experienced colleagues and gain exposure to a wide variety of industries.

Why econometrics graduates?
Econometrics graduates are a great fit for OC&C because of their strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills. Our consultants regularly analyse complex datasets, build financial models and translate insights into actionable strategic recommendations.
As a starting Associate Consultant, you'll work as a generalist across different industries and projects. We don't expect you to know everything from day one. Instead, we look for curious, analytical and eager-to-learn individuals who enjoy solving challenging problems and working in teams.
