Who we are

Our purpose is to build trust in society and solve important problems. PwC is a leading global professional services provider, with more than 364,700 people across 136 countries. In the Netherlands, 5,785 colleagues work across three Lines of Service, supported by Internal Firm Services.

What we do

We help organisations tackle complex challenges through three main areas:

  • Assurance: Auditing financial statements and providing assurance on information and systems, increasingly supported by AI-driven technologies.

  • Tax & Legal: Delivering tax and legal advice, compliance services and expertise in workforce transformations.

  • Advisory, including Strategy&: Helping organisations reinvent business models and deliver digital transformations, from strategy to execution.

What makes us distinctive

We work as a community of solvers: multidisciplinary teams that combine deep sector knowledge with technology. Clients increasingly look to us not only for technological solutions, but also for the sector expertise and strategic advice they need to navigate complex geopolitical shifts and rapidly changing markets.

Our strategy rests on five objectives — Client focused, Community of solvers, Human-led tech-powered, High quality and Sustainable growth — with the ambition of being our clients' first choice. This is reflected in a client satisfaction score of 8.3 and in our investment in our people: over 552,000 training hours were provided last year, averaging 96 hours per colleague.

Our values

Act with integrity · Make a difference · Care · Work together · Reimagine the possible

Our vision for the future

We are future focused. Rapidly evolving client demands require a profound evolution of our business model, and staying relevant means continuously reinventing ourselves.

This year, we rolled out our AI First strategy and further scaled our Next Generation Audit initiative, always prioritising trust and quality before adopting any new solution. In April, we launched our refreshed brand, anchored by the concept of being a 'Catalyst for Momentum'.

We also want to contribute to the transitions the Netherlands needs in digitalisation, defence, healthcare and climate. At the same time, we aim to be an unrivalled place to work, where continuous learning enables everyone to build their own development path.

Vacancies and application process

Yes — we recruit continuously for working students, graduation interns and starters.

Every application begins with your CV and motivation letter. After screening, you are invited to complete an online SHL assessment. Next comes the 'breedte-interview', covering your CV, motivation and assessment report, always with two interviewers.

Starter roles include a second, in-depth 'diepte-interview' focusing on knowledge, experience and motivation, which normally takes place in person. Working-student and internship roles involve one interview.

You receive feedback within 24 hours of each interview.
