You follow the same route we take with clients at Rewire. You start by mapping where the value sits, then choose for yourself which opportunity to pursue, and work that out into a conceptual model and a concrete design for an AI solution. After that you get to work with real data: you draw out insights, improve a forecasting model, and make sure the solution actually works for the user.
So do not expect a theoretical exercise, but an afternoon in which you make your own choices and have to defend them. Our consultants give feedback along the way. Bring your own laptop; you will receive the preparatory setup instructions in advance, please make sure to follow them beforehand.
