Application Process
Our process typically takes six weeks. After receiving your application, our Talent Attraction Team reviews your documents. For entry-level roles (Consultant/Analyst), the next step is an online assessment center. For other positions, we invite you directly to interviews.
In the interviews we want to find out whether your professional profile and your personality will fit in with us. In the expert interview, you’ll work through a case study that reflects typical zeb tasks. We want to see how you structure and solve complex problems. You’ll also have the chance to ask questions and get to know us better.
After the interviews, we share feedback by phone. If everything aligns, your employment contract will arrive by post a few days later.
