Consultancy dinner

Are you intereseted in working in the consultancy sector? Then join the consultancy dinner of the ECD! During this free three course dinner at the Fjord Eat & Drink you get the chance to talk to three major Consultancy companies. You will be able to ask the employers all the questions you have about consultancy and their company.

The dinner consists of three courses, and for each course, you should indicate your food preferences through the website when subscribing before November 5th.  The choices can be found in the menu below. If you do not make a choice, you will be served the vegetarian option.

Menu:

  • Starters

       Smoked mackerel salad, pickled shallots, saffron paper, little gem   

       -or-

        Pastrami, caper mousse, potato salad, gin tuile   

        -or-

        Carrot mousse, macadamia crumble, clove gel, lime filo pastry

  • Main Courses

         Beefsteak, potato terrine, onion compote, Jerusalem artichoke cream,

         Jerusalem artichoke sauce

         -or-

         Cauliflower steak, nut mix, lemon emulsion, dill sauce

  • Desserts

         Cheesecake, raspberry infused with red vodka, cinnamon crumble,

         dill filo pastry, raspberry sorbet   

          -or-

          Peach tart, peach, crème pat, almond crumble, white chocolate ice cream

This event will be in English and is open for Ba3 and higher. The selection for this event will be based on CV.
